MYiR System-on-Module:
AI Octa-Core Power for AIoT Projects
More AI performance, more interfaces, more possibilities – the ideal foundation for powerful AIoT, imaging, and industrial applications.
With the MYC-LR3576, MYIR (distributed by GLYN) introduces a compact high-performance SoM based on the Rockchip RK3576. Eight CPU cores (4× Cortex-A72 + 4× Cortex-A53) and a 6-TOPS NPU deliver strong performance for modern AI, edge, and industrial applications – efficient, fast, and without cloud dependencies.
Versatile interfaces – maximum flexibility
Whether display, network, or storage:
HDMI, eDP, DP, MIPI-DSI, dual Gbit Ethernet, PCIe 2.1, USB 3.2, SATA 3, and 2× CAN FD provide extensive freedom in design and seamless integration into existing systems.
Compact, robust, and Industry-ready
In its compact 43 × 45 mm 381-pin LGA package, the module offers:
4/8 GB LPDDR4X, 32/64 GB eMMC, 32 Kbit EEPROM, and an operating temperature range from −40 to +85°C. Absolutely ideal for harsh industrial environments.
