Technical Innovation Delivers Real-World Results

eMMC stands for Embedded MultiMediaCard – a compact, integrated flash storage solution that combines a controller and NAND memory in a single package. eMMC solutions are already widely used across many applications.

Inside the eMMC, SRAM is responsible for temporarily storing firmware (FW) and critical parameters that are essential for the proper functioning of the storage solution.

Larger SRAM Boosts Performance

An added benefit of this reliability improvement: the SRAM could be expanded. This now allows for the storage of a more comprehensive L2P table (Logical-to-Physical Table), which is responsible for translating between logical and physical memory structures.

The result: up to 145% higher random read/write performance. A real advantage for demanding applications with many small, random access operations.
