Since 1 January 2025, our invoices have been sent to you by email in the ‘smart’ ZUGFeRD format.
ZUGFeRD format = Central User Guide of the Forum for Electronic Invoicing in Germany – it may sound very technical at first, but it offers you real advantages:
- Convenient invoice flow
No more typing, no more manual errors, just a smooth process.
If your merchandise management or accounting system already supports ZUGFeRD, you can import and process our invoices digitally and directly.
Tip: ZUGFeRD Version 2.3 Profile EXTENDED – Just ask your software provider whether this is already automated for you. - Classic PDF still attached
If your merchandise management system does not yet support ZUGFeRD, everything will remain the same. The invoice will contain a classic PDF that you can easily open, save or print.
