ATP's SSDs in pseudo single-level cell mode (pSLC) exceed the usual total write performance of industrial solid state drives (SSDs) by up to 50%.
The new pSLC N751Pi PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 2280 SSDs support an endurance of 150,000 write and erase cycles on a project-by-project basis. Additionally robust for extreme temperatures, the new SSD series is ideal for use in mission-critical applications, harsh environments and write-intensive applications.

Persevering endurance
The N751Pi SSD supports 100,000 write and erase cycles as standard.
It can be configured on a project-by-project basis for an outstanding endurance of 150,000 cycles.
This improvement means an impressive 75 write operations per day (DWPD) for sequential write operations and 21 DWPD according to JESD219A enterprise workloads for a period of 5 years.
Outstanding data retention
With 100% write and erase cycles, the N751Pi SSDs store data securely for up to one year at 55°C. This value significantly exceeds the market average and certifies outstanding data retention capability.

The strict selection of the NAND guarantees first-class components for extreme applications. The use of Prime NAND maximises write endurance, ensuring the reliability and durability of the SSDs in critical industrial applications – with a longer lifespan and superior performance.

Advanced firmware
The SSD intelligently adjusts to deliver maximum constant performance.
This guarantees the highest possible throughput while avoiding overheating.
In addition, ATP has developed a technology that ensures data integrity even at widely varying temperatures. This is particularly important for scenarios in which data is written at low temperatures, e.g. -40°C, and then read at high temperatures, e.g. 85°C.
ATP's solution helps to maintain data integrity even when the NAND flash is nearing the end of its lifespan.
Flexible cooling solutions
ATP offers customisable heat sinks that enable even better performance at high temperatures. Depending on customer requirements or joint evaluation of thermal conditions, solutions in 4 or 8 mm are possible, or even copper foil for easy connection to conductive cooling concepts.
