In addition to the standard package of 11.5 x 13 mm, the manufacturer offers its 4 GB eMMC solutions in two reduced-size BGA housings. One with 10 x 11 mm, reducing the space requirement on the board by 26% compared to the standard package.
And a new, even smaller housing with a size of only 9 x 7.5 mm, reducing the space requirement on the circuit board by an impressive 55%. Both small housing variants are fully pin-compatible with the standard version. In addition to space savings, this increases your flexibility in integrating into existing designs.
