From the customer's point of view, our young office under the direction of Tim Osthoff impresses with fast and well-founded SUPPORT.

GLYN-PR: Tim, as the youngest office manager in the history of GLYN, you are known for your passion for Italian cuisine. Why are you so enthusiastic about it and how does your team experience that?
Tim Osthoff:
Italy is the home country of the great love of my life, who has captured my heart.
In the office, you can sense my passion for Italian cuisine first thing in the morning when the air is filled with the aroma of espresso. I prepare my coffee according to all the rules of the Italian art.
My family, my team and I love homemade pasta and tiramisu.
GLYN-PR: We know about your passion for discovering new cultures and bringing back beautiful stories from faraway lands. How do you share them with your team?
Tim Osthoff: Quite clearly, in addition to my role as a dedicated manager, husband and father, I love discovering new cultures. Italy, my wife's home country, plays a very important role in this.
My travel reports and photos from all over the world inspire my colleagues and spark their wanderlust. So everyday life in Pforzheim is a mixture of work and stories that let you look beyond your desk and whet your appetite for new things.
GLYN PR: Now you've whetted our appetite to get to know your team better. Who are the colleagues at GLYN Pforzheim who provide such dedicated support?
Tim Osthoff: My pleasure.
Angelo Di Rosa:
an all-rounder in commercial sales
At just 24 years old, Angelo Di Rosa is an indispensable part of our commercial sales team.
Born in Germany with Italian roots, he brings a breath of fresh air to our office. His colleagues appreciate him for his friendly nature, his helpfulness and his multilingualism – Angelo speaks fluent Italian, German and English.
But his talents are not limited to work: his love of football regularly takes him to the club pitch, where he plays as a hobby and a passion.
When Angelo is not in the office or on the football pitch, he is usually planning his next trip. Two to three times a year, he discovers new places and brings back fresh stories and exciting memories.
As an animal lover, he also enjoys spending his free time with his dog, who helps him to stay relaxed even in stressful times. This combination of enthusiasm, versatility and warm-heartedness makes Angelo a colleague who is easy to like.
Pascal Kern:
The sporty sales representative for all challenges
Pascal embodies a sense of sport and adventure like no other. As a sales representative, he is constantly on the move and often comes to work by bike, which reflects his active lifestyle.
He is more than just a sporty colleague: he is an enthusiastic family man who loves spending time with his loved ones. He also enjoys being in the kitchen. Cooking is a creative passion for him, which he pursues with joy and dedication.
At the same time, Pascal is always curious and very tech-savvy. He enjoys sharing his interest and his experiences of continuously developing in these areas with others. This combination of sporting ambition, family ties and technical curiosity makes him a valued member of our team.
Stefan Schulz:
technology enthusiast and racing driver
Stefan Schulz is a colleague who not only understands technology, but also lives it in his job as a commercial sales team.
His passion for computer hardware can be seen both in his free time and at work, when he builds computers from scratch or overclocks them to the limit.
But that's only part of his story. Stefan is good with his hands and loves to let off steam in various projects, where precision and attention to detail are always at the forefront.
However, it is motorcycle racing that fascinates him most, and he devotes himself to it with great dedication. He has converted his road bike, a CBR 1000 RR, to IDM standard (International German Championship) single-handedly and completely overhauled the engine to achieve a significant increase in power of up to 200 hp.
The race tracks of Central Europe are his second home, where he actively participates in races and constantly seeks out new challenges. The sport involves risks, but Stefan repeatedly redefines his own limits and in doing so surpasses himself.
GLYN-PR: You have put together an exciting team. There is a lot of enthusiasm and passion at the start. This performance is also brought to the road as customer SUPPORT. How do your customers appreciate that?
Tim Osthoff: Indeed. We have very loyal customers who like to access our commercial, technical and logistical SUPPORT and can rely on it. The ‘Golden Gateway to the Black Forest’ is highly valued for its expertise. At this point, we would like to thank our customers!
