On a small module, the Pinnacle™ 100 combines LTE CAT M1 and NB-IoT radio standards with Bluetooth 5 and a pre-integrated antenna or three U.FL connectors for full flexibility in antenna selection. Worldwide radio certifications and LTE carrier approvals are already included.

Unique: Always up-to-date software thanks to firmware and OTA updates

Thanks to secure, pre-programmed firmware updates via a UART or JTAG connection, your software will always be up to date wherever you are. For modules that are only connected wirelessly, the PinnacleTM 100 also offers an OTA (Over-The-Air) update via LTE or Bluetooth.

The PinnacleTM 100 is composed of two units:

The Sierra Wireless HL7800 provides global connectivity to the LTE world with bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 12, 13, 20 and 28.

In addition to Bluetooth 5, the Nordic nRF52840 supports LE Coded for long range connectivity and 2M PHY for higher data throughput. Moreover, you can build BLE mesh networks and extend them with customized "custom services".

The powerful Cortex-M4F with 64 MHz also meets your higher demands. The Zephyr™ Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) enables rapid application design and reduces bill of materials (BOM).
