Xmore® has the first M.2 2280s with PCIe Gen4x4 (NVMe 1.4) in its portfolio.
Impressive data throughput with 3500 MB/s read and 3000 MB/s write speeds.

For this new challenge we trust in the reliable "Marvell Whistler Plus" controller. This is manufactured in a 12 nm process and is very energy-efficient in spite of its impressive performance. Data can be read at an outstanding speed of 3500 MB/s and written at up to 3000 MB/s. In spite of this high data throughput, the controller has a power consumption of less than 5 W during operation and less than 1 W in standby mode.

We use the latest 96-layer 3D TLC NAND Flash technology. Capacities from 240 GB to 4 TB are available for you to choose from. The firmware can operate the flash in PseudoSLC mode (pSLC) to further enhance the product reliability. The M.2 SSDs are also available in the extended industrial temperature range from -40 °C to 85 °C.

Focus on industrial and embedded applications
We predicted the endurance for the SSD from the JEDEC Enterprise Workload.
We achieve a TBW (Tera Bytes Written) of 2920 TB with the 320 GB model (pSLC). According to this, the SSD can be filled 5x per day. And this is possible for 5 years without interruption!
