ATP DDR4-3200 DRAM modules were developed for demanding industrial requirements. They offer industrial performance with wide-temperature ICs, which support an operating range from -40 °C to 85 °C.
ATP implements a test at module level during the burn-in (TDBI), which even detects errors in the range of 0.01 %. "Weak" modules are thereby identified and sorted out. This ensures maximum reliability and a long service life of the module.
