A CD-ROM with overviews and detailed data sheets is included in the sample box.

The HAL 15xy family is typically characterised by the following properties:
- unique power on self-test mode
- wide supply voltage range from 2.7 V to 24 V
- low power consumption typ. 1.6 mA max. 2 mA
- overvoltage protection up to 40 V
- wide temperature range Tj = -40 to + 170 °C
- available in SOT23 and TO92 housing
- high ESD resistance up to ±8 kV
- AEC-Q 100, ASIL ready
