The search for suitable displays for sectors like agriculture and construction can be challenging.

These sectors require extremely robust specifications, such as:

• vibration tolerance up to 6.8 G
• operating temperature from -40 to 85 °C
• brightness of up to 1,500 cd/m²
• LED lifespan of up to 100,000 hours 

With its Toughness series, MITSUBISHI now offers 10 displays with diagonals of 7”, 8” and 10.4”, and with resolutions from WVGA to XGA.

All modules have a reinforced frame, providing vibration tolerance up to 6.8 G – up to seven times higher than conventional displays.

What’s more, the displays offer an operating temperature range from -40 to 85 °C with brightnesses up to 1,500 cd/m². The LED lifespan for all modules is specified as 100,000 hours. PCAP and a fully bonded glass plate in a custom design are optionally available.

Thanks to these properties, the displays are exceptionally well-suited for applications with direct exposure to sunlight and rough environments.
