The service package – 1200 V 800 A IGBT module

Current housing technology increases the reliability of the existing standard housings. The use of solid-cover technology increases the service life, which is influenced by temperature fluctuations. Along with the solder pin design, you can also choose a version with press-fit contacts. On request, the module, like all other IGBTs of the T-series, can be supplied ex works with the thermally conductive material already installed on the base plate.

Saves space: 30 % smaller - New IPM G1-series

MITSUBISHI has developed the new G1-series to meet the increasing demand for IPMs with low losses, a broad performance range, and a compact design.

Universal inverters, servo inverters, lifts and other industrial applications will benefit from such features as the reduced power losses and increased reliability of the module series.

A total of 52 module versions in three different housing designs are available. The series is equipped with the 7th generation IGBT chip and includes an integrated self-protection function. Thanks to the optimised design of the main connection, the housing dimensions are 1/3 smaller than those of the L1 series predecessor. The two-level change in the switching speed is also innovative, which greatly improves the coordination between dynamic losses and electromagnetic interference.

The IGBT CIB modules from MITSUBISHI precisely meet these requirements.
You can choose from modules with currents ranging from 35 A to 150 A in the 650 V to 1200 V range. Along with the classic Econopack housing, MITSUBISHI also offers a smaller housing model (107.5 x 45 mm) which meets the EconPIM2 standard.

The modules integrate the 7th IGBT chip generation and also use SLC Technology (SoLid-Cover-Technology). High temperature cycle resistance characterize the modules. The modules can be supplied ex works with the options of press-fit contacts and thermally conductive material installed on the base plate.
