Your initial training and further education
GLYN provides all staff members with a sound initial training programme so that they can quickly learn to cope with the new challenges they face.
Short presentations during the first few weeks will provide you with an overview of the work and the activities in different departments. Training sessions will familiarise you with the IT systems used.
Regular feedback meetings during the probation period allow both sides to detect possible problems in good time. A mentor has been assigned to you and will gladly support you.
After the initial training, we offer further training in cooperation with the manufacturers to keep your technical knowledge up to date. We also join forces with sales trainers and other external partners.
