FM family
This is a 32-bit microcontroller platform with over 700 derivatives based on  ARM® Cortex™-M0+, Cortex™-M3 and Cortex™-M4F process cores. The FM family is intended for industrial use.

FR series
The FR series is based on a proprietary 32-Bit RISC processor core.
This series is particularly used in high-end automotive, consumer and industrial applications.

16FX series
CYPRESS´s16FX series, based on a proprietary 16-bit processor core, provides computing power ranging from 15 to 20 MIPS. It has already proven useful in many applications in the automotive and industrial field.

8FX series
There are still numerous areas in which 8-bit microcontrollers are used.
This is why CYPRESS is offering the 8FX series with a proprietary 8-bit processor core.
